Across the Nordics the Elkjøp Group operates the Elkjøp, El Giganten, Gigantti and Lefdal brands. We operate as UniEuro and PC City in Italy.
Our Electro World brand operates in the Czech Republic, Slovakia and Turkey. PIXmania, based in France, operates across 26 countries in Europe.
We operate a multi-channel approach to electrical retailing and offer customers a comprehensive range of after sales services.
On 15 May 2008 we announced details of a five point plan for the Renewal & Transformation of the Group. This plan delivers an unwavering focus on the customer and is underpinned by our Customer Plan. The Renewal & Transformation plan will ensure that Dixons Retail remains Europe’s leading specialist electrical retailing and services company.
