UniEuro is one of the most exciting and dynamic specialists in the Italian consumer electronics market. Our Retail Support Centres in Monticello d'Alba and Piacenza assist a network of over 2,700 employees, 110 directly owned stores and 130 franchise stores. Dixons Retail Contact Centre, Sheffield
Dixons Retail operates this 1,600 seat, 16 million customer contact, providing tailored products and services, under a common operating model, for PC World, Currys, local distribution centres, Customer Service Agreement holders and general customer enquiries.
