Change of Senior Independent Director
Dixons Retail plc is pleased to announce that Tim How, an existing Non Executive Director and Chairman of the Remuneration Committee, will take over the role of Senior Independent Director with effect from 9 May 2012. This will follow Andrew Lynch's retirement from the Board on that date.
