Annual Financial Report
Dixons Retail plc (the "Company"), one of Europe's leading specialist electrical retail and services companies, has today published its 2011/12 Annual Report & Accounts. This document is available on the Company's website at www.dixonsretail.com.
A copy of the document has been submitted to the National Storage Mechanism and will shortly be available for inspection at www.hemscott.com/nsm.do.
Additional information, required to be made available by the Company under Rule 6.3.5R of the Disclosure and Transparency Rules of the Financial Services Authority, was included in the Company's Preliminary Announcement of Results released on 21st June 2012.
