Recognising & Supporting Employees

Our employees are increasingly involved in the implementation of changes to the Group's operations and working practices. This is achieved through a series of consultative forums with elected representatives from local business operations as well as a European Forum chaired by the Group Chief Executive.

Feedback is obtained through focus groups, Sebastian James' weekly diary (a feedback forum where colleagues can ask Sebastian James and other executives questions directly about the business) and employee engagement surveys in addition to a whistle-blowing procedure, where any colleague may contact an independent body to register concerns about any aspect of business practice.  Significant communications are delivered through a cascading system of management briefings and through our intranet-based daily newsfeed, Frontline Online.

Our Independent Employee Assistance Programme gives free advice and support on practical, financial, legal and personal matters.
